Amex Offers: Hotels

Amex Offers: Hotels

Lately, it seems that every other day we’ve been covering a new Amex Offer for a hotel or casino. The Miles to Memories Team thought it would be helpful to create a resource where hotel offers were displayed and grouped according to expiration date. Here in Amex Offers: Hotels, there’s a picture of each offer, you will see a list of cards the offer has been found on. If you have enough Amex cards, you know how time consuming flipping through each account for a specific offer can be, hopefully this will save you some time and money!

The offers are presented according to expiration date, meaning the sooner it expires, the closer to the top it will be. It would be awesome if people commented with what cards they found specific offers on, or if you notice any offers are missing. Look forward to hearing from all of you. As always, if you have any questions or comments, feel free to tweet me @bethanyatMtM or message me in the Facebook group.

    • I’m not sure, I’ve never tried it. It says gift card purchases don’t count, only room rate but I’d also be interested in finding out the answer.

    • Depends on the hotel. If the front desk sells GC’s, there’s a pretty good chance it will trigger the offer. We’ve had success with some hotel offers in the past (like Hyatt), but not with others – but usually, I think, just because the hotels (or at least their front desks at properties) don’t sell GC. So definitely a YMMV.
