Cheap Fares Australia to US

Virgin Australia and Delta currently have some amazing fares from Australia to the United States. Here is what is available:

  • Sydney to Los Angeles: $148 one-way
  • Sydney to Los Angeles: $251 roundtrip
  • Los Angeles to Sydney: $591 roundtrip

As you can see, going from the U.S. to Australia is more expensive, since the lower prices only seem to show for Australia departures. I would consider booking a $148 one-way return and then using miles for the flight to Australia.

How to Find the Results

These fares can only be found on Orbitz. After searching for your flights, you will see results for both Delta and Virgin Australia. The prices will seem much higher.

Don’t worry. Once you click through you should see the lower price. This is a roundtrip from Sydney to Los Angeles.
