Citi AT&T Access More No Longer Earns 3X at Paypal Digital Gifts

It’s been a bad year for gift card lovers and resellers with many cards no longer earning bonus points from sellers. And now there’s even more bad news. Paypal Digital Gifts is probably one of the major sellers and we often post deals from there here on the site.

The change seems to have been made this month, with all statements closing in March showing just 1X earning on Paypal Digital Gifts purchases.

This was announced back in July of 2017. Citi sent notices to cardholders explaining that gift cards will be specifically excluded from the bonus categories, along with rental and real estate payments. Now they are enforcing this for Paypal Digital Gifts purchases.

Conclusion

Gift card deals from PPDG have been getting worse, with very few being profitable for resale. Citi AT&T Access More credit card was an option to increase margins and make these deals better. Sadly it’s no longer an option.
