Double Fuel Points Every Weekend at Kroger till August

Supermarket chain Kroger has a new promotion that will earn you double fuel points every weekend during the summer.

The Offer

Earn double fuel points with digital coupon! Download the digital coupon just one time, then earn double fuel points* when you shop on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays through August 6! Exclusions apply. Exp 08/06/201.

Kroger also has some gift card promotions that you should be able to see in your rewards account. There’s nothing two exciting, but check them out to see if there’s anything of interest.

Keep in mind that fuel rewards are not doubled on gift cards with the weekend promotion. You’ll only earn the normal 2x rate.

Kroger’s Fuel Program

For each increment of 100 fuel points redeemed, 10¢ off per gallon will be awarded. The fuel program allows you to receive savings of up to $1 off per gallon on fuel purchases at Kroger and at participating Shell Stations. Program discount is good for one purchase of fuel, up to 35 gallons. At participating Shell Stations you can only use the maximum discount at a time, so if you have a 1000 fuel points, they will all be redeemed, you can’t use 500 now and 500 later.

Conclusion

This is a decent promotion for those who shop often at Kroger. You might want to shift your shopping to the weekend over the summer to double up your fuel points. Also take a look at their gift card promotions.
