The $30 promotion code may be applied to a qualifying stand-alone hotel booked online with orbitz.com between 9/1/17 and 3/31/18 for one or more nights with a min. spend of $100 for travel between 9/1/17 and 6/30/18.

Conclusion

This will work best if you’re spending about $100 or more, so you can get as close as possible to that 30% discount. If you’re spending more than that, then make sure you compare prices with other OTAs so you can get the best deal.
