The Offer
Earn 10% in eBay Bucks on every qualifying item when you buy, or earn 10% on the value of the items you sell. No minimum purchase/sale amount.
- Users who purchase eligible items between 5:00AM PT on February 21, 2017 and 11:59PM PT on February 23, 2017 (the “Purchase Earn Period”) will earn the promotional offer.
- Users who list and sell eligible items between 5:00AM PT on February 21, 2017 and 11:59PM PT March 5, 2017 (the “Selling Earn Period”) will also earn the promotional offer. Must sell items by March 5 to earn eBay Bucks worth 10% of the total sales price—up to $100. Rewards will be deposited into an eBay Bucks account by March 31.
Rewards are capped at $100 per transaction and $500 per quarter.
Exclusions
Qualifying purchase or items listed for sale excludes all items in the following categories: Classifieds, Business & Industrial, but only for Heavy Equipment within that category, Real Estate, Gift Cards & Coupons (including eBay Gift Cards, Gift Cards, and Digital Gifts within that category), Bullion (within the Coins & Paper category), and all categories in Motors, except Parts & Accessories.
Conclusion
This is the best offer we’ve seen since eBay gutted their eBay Bucks program by excluding gift cards and lowering cashback rate from 2% to 1%. The buying part has come around every few weeks lately, but this offer includes a nice bonus for sellers as well.

I got this offer a while ago and sold a $1k item in the time frame and still havent gotten the eBay Bucks from the sale. Has anyone been able to confirm they have gotten ebay Bucks from their sale?

Please be careful, there are 2 separate offers out there. One is for buying and selling, and one is just for buying. All 4 of my families ebay accounts had the offer only for buying, but not for selling.
