Agree. Amazon gift cards are pretty easy to get 4x-5x (7.2-9%) rewards on, so 6.5% is pretty ho hum.
Both my wife and I got targeted for this offer and my wife also was targeted for 10k/$1k x 2 spend offer too. I am wondering how they will stack? But not sure if I will participate…. since Hilton points are so worthless… 13x is like earning 3-4 UR points to me. I don’t buy expensive stuff on Amazon… I can fine better price else where for those that requires purchase protection like computer, TV, camera… so amazon purchase protection means nothing to me. I think I will stick to buying amazon giftcard at staples earning 5 UR points per $ spent. I also still have couple of lowes amex offers so that’s 10% off on all amazon purchases up to $2000…
