$50 VISA Checkout Credits Are Posting!

A few months back Costco and Visa Checkout had an amazing deal where you would earn a $50 credit after spending $250 dollars. What made it even more amazing was that there were no terms disqualifying gift card purchases and Costco had iTunes gift cards on sale at the same time.  That made an already profitable deal even better!

Credits Posting

Costco and Visa Checkout ended the offer a lot earlier than was expected because of the popularity of the offer.  Some people were unsure if they would get the credit, myself included.  It sounds like Costco backtracked some and gave people the credit even if they didn’t quite make the cutoff time that they instituted.  They are a little behind so you may have received an email saying your payout will be delayed some or you may have received your credit already, like I did.

My $50 credit posted on the 22nd and was issued as a “return” from Costco Visa Checkout.

Conclusion

I used the offer purchasing something I was going to purchase anyways.  Because of that I looked at it as a nice bonus if it worked but didn’t have a ton of expectations.  It ended up working out perfectly and increased my profits on that deal.  That is what I call a perfect storm situation.  I try not to make speculative purchases with these deals because there is a good chance they won’t work out properly.
