Walmart Moneygram shuts me down for buying money orders – Miles per Day

  1. Don’t understand? Why would you buy a money order from Walmart? Don’t you have to pay cash to buy a money order?
Wouldn’t it be better to just use a credit card to get your minimum spend or to get more points/miles?
    Thanks for your reply.
