I don’t put a lot of stock in titles at work but it is very strange to not have a senior vice president with loyalty in their title.  These loyalty programs are huge profit centers for the airlines and they are starting to devalue them right and left for their customers.  That will lead to people looking elsewhere.  But this is American we are talking about after all.
