Chase Ink Business Preferred Application

Chase Ink Business Preferred Application

Chase has finally officially launched their much anticipated Ink Business Preferred credit card and at the same time has discontinued their very popular Ink Plus card.

Ink Business Preferred App Live

As a reminder, the Ink Business Preferred comes with a $95 annual fee and a bonus of 80,000 Ultimate Rewards points after spending $5K within the first 3 months.

Additionally it earns points the following ways:

  • Earn 3 points per $1 on the first $150,000 spent in combined purchases on Travel, Shipping purchases, Internet, cable and phone services and advertising purchases made with social media sites and search engines each anniversary year.
  • Earn 1 point per $1 on all other purchases

The card is now live on the Chase website and you can find much more info and analysis about it here.

Ink Plus Lives Sort Of?

According to Doctor of Credit, Chase Ink Plus referral links generated before today are still working…for now. You can no longer generate new referral links (you just get a loop on the Chase referral website), but if you have an old link that was generated previously, it should work to sign-up and perhaps you can help others who still want the card but missed out.

If you are interested in the Ink Business Preferred, then you now have the option to apply. Keep in mind that the 5/24 rule does seem to apply to this card, so it won’t be quite as easy to get as the Sapphire Reserve was in the very beginning.

This post may contain referral, affiliate or sponsor links that provide Miles to Memories compensation. Thank you for your support.

  1. Thank you very much for alerting us to the new card and the potential disappearance of the Ink Plus – this is very helpful for your readers.

I think this will really be the last time to get in on the Ink Plus card (which is really better from the 5 x per $1 in the categories you mention.) Appreciate you helping your readers out by letting us use our links in this final stretch:

    Good luck, folks!
