  1. Quick look at OD/OM didn’t mention gift cards (odd) but I did try one and it didn’t work. They only have their own GCs of course.

  2. Gift card exclusion not listed on the coupon statement itself but it is listed when you click on the “Terms and Conditions” link below the coupon.

  3. Aarrghh, I’m trying to do the Avis Preferred sign-up for the 500 Avios … but the United States isn’t listed on the “Country” drop-down menu 🙁 Is this for non-U.S. residents only?
