Delta Award Sale, Domestic Round Trips for 20K SkyMiles

Delta has an award flash sale today with round-trips to certain domestic destinations for 20,000 SkyMiles. Delta doesn’t have an award chart, so this sale is a bit confusing and not the best offer in some cases. Let’s take a look.

Explore the USA starting at 20,000 miles* round trip (plus taxes and fees) when you book by 11:59pm ET July 12, 2017, and travel from September 6 through October 31, 2017.

Conclusion

The issue with Delta sales is that you can’t compare it to regular prices since there’s no award chart. Some fares could be good deals for 20K SkyMiles, but there’s even better prices on some routes. LGA-STL for example is prices at 19K.
