  1. NYC-CUN there is also $80 cash component in addition to 12k points.
    So it’s more like $200.
    Time is bad – 7pm arrival – all day wasted. Sad deal.
    Convenient nonstop morning flights go ~$300.

  2. Atlanta is not included either? I like being in Atlanta for being able to get direct flights to just about anywhere but I am starting to despise Delta. Delta has a terrible rewards system and their flights out of Atlanta are very expensive.

    I flew United the other day and was very impressed. They were very efficient, nice and their economy plus seating to Denver was very affordable.

  3. On second look, it appears it’s not generally for their hubs (DTW, MSP, ATL, SLC), so it’s strategically set against the competition.
