  1. You can have a total of four and the cost for $10 is $2.95 so you can make $48 easily. If you have any Serve cards already, they’ll count against the four card limit.

  2. Doesn’t AMEX have to approve you for a Serve card first? And if you’ve already had one and they shut you down, they won’t approve you for a new one.
