A Few Great eBay Gift Card Deals are Still Available – My Thoughts & Analysis

I have been traveling over the past week and haven’t been able to cover gift card deals as often as I would have liked, but I noticed that a few decent deals are still available on eBay. Lets take a look.

Chevron Texaco $100 Card for $90

SVM Gift Cards is selling $100 Chevron Texaco gift cards for $90 with a limit of 3. This deal has been around for a few days and I believe there are only a few hundred cards left. If you didn’t get in on this, then now might be a good time.

Resell rates have dropped on these cards, however ABC gift cards is still buying them at about 90%. Remember that you will also earn 2% in eBay Bucks and can earn about 1% more from a portal. I personally used eBay gift cards that I acquired at a 20% discount to purchase these cards. Good stuff!

$100 Sears Gift Card for $85

GiftCardMall is still offering the deal for a $100 Sears gift card for $85 with a limit of 2. This has been around for awhile, so if you already bought these cards a week or so ago, you aren’t eligible to buy them again. I thought this deal was worth mentioning, since perhaps a few of you missed it.

As for how to use the cards, some people have luck rolling Sears gift cards into Visa gift cards in-store, although that is against their policy. You can of course earn 10% through the Discover portal for Sears purchases as well, which will be doubled in 12 months if you have the Double Cashback promotion. Finally, for just straight reselling, you can get 84% for Sears gift cards, which should also result in a small profit.
