This story makes me sick to my stomach. If you already have a card and features get added, like actually earning points, they should be updated and added to current cardholders as well. This is why I don’t feel bad playing this game for miles and points or with bank bonuses.

This is a few months old but still worth bringing up. There are a lot of perks that come with the premium cards, American Express Platinum in particular, that a lot of people miss out on. This just goes to show that the deeper you dig the more value you find. Who wouldn’t want a complimentary night on the beach filled with drinking, dancing, and food?

Interesting look at how companies display hotel search results. And a reminder to always scroll down a little further because it seems the best prices get buried. The almighty dollar does the talking here, like most places, and if you don’t pay to play you aren’t getting a seat at the table.
