The Trans-Siberian Railway on the Cheap – The Free-quent Flyer

I enjoy reading articles explaining how to book a trip in a different way, even if it is a trip I never plan on taking.  It gives me ideas for other trips.  But if you had this trip on your bucket list it overs a nice alternative to the typical, overpriced, tour trip.

As MoviePass Explodes, Its Growing Pains Hurt Subscribers – Wired

MoviePass has been in the news a lot lately.  From their CEO saying he has been creeping on users, to their second price reduction in as many months there has been a lot going on.  This article discusses the fact that with MoviePass’ meteoric rise that they have been on their customer service is basically non existent. They have shut down users accounts without warning, removed theaters from the program without advanced notice, and are taking months to get cards shipped to new subscribers.  It seems like they are aware of the issues but they don’t seem to be taking any meaningful action. If you are not sure what MoviePass is you can check out My Review.

700 miles per dollar. Too good to be true? Frequent Miler

Greg does a nice write up of all of those high mile shopping portal offers.  He discusses his thought process for each one and which ones he was willing to give it go on.

Targeted: No Lifetime Language 50k MR American Express PRG Offer – Milenomics

Pretty awesome offer if you are able to get it.  It did not show up in my account.  50K in points plus $200 in airline incidentals with no annual fee the first year is hard to beat!
