Same problem with me guys! Also am supposedly suppose to get $10 for dl the mobile app. Called customer service who said it would be applied after I purchase it, sure.
Amazon has always been good with me over chat if something doesn’t apply properly that they will give me a credit on my account. They even gave me a $110 credit when something didn’t ship properly.
I too received my order today and it would not scan and how do you know when it does,very confusing!!!!!
