IHG has a new promotion that can make Points & Cash bookings more affordable. The offer was sent by email, but doesn’t seem targeted.

The Offer

Right now, for 3 days only, you’ll save 25% on the cash portion of your Points & Cash bookings on stays through December 31, 2017.

Not only will you stay for less, you’ll keep more points in your balance—which you can save for another trip. If you’re looking to get in one last trip this year, here’s your chance.

Key Terms

  • IHG® Rewards Club members must be logged in to receive 25% savings.
  • Must book between 10/24/17-10/28/17
  • Stay dates include 10/24/17-12/31/17.
  • 25% discount is offered at time of booking and only pertains to the cash cost of bookings.
  • Bookings for The Venetian® and The Palazzo® hotels are excluded from discounts.

Conclusion

This is a nice offer if you have any stays planned, since it will save you 25% on the cash portion of your booking. This could also work as an option for buying cheap IHG points by canceling your award.
