5. Has Amex Become The Least Transparent Lender Almost Overnight?

Coming in at number 5 is my post about how American Express seems to be doing whatever they want whenever they want.  Their newer terms give them that right but it isn’t fair to the customers.  It has affected new customers, long term customers, and abusers all alike.

4. PSA – Please Please Please USE YOUR POINTS!

This was my response to a piece by Greg at Frequent Miler.  He had a stash of points but was still paying cash for a lot of travel.  I share my thoughts on why you should be using points first.

3. Holy Cannoli!!! Companion Pass After Only $4K In Spend!?!

One of the more unique credit card offers we have seen.  And it is an amazing offer for people who are not big into the hobby, although it isn’t the best offer for everyone.

2. New 5X Card On The Market – A Discover & Chase Freedom Competitor

This is the newest 5X competitor out there.  The rewards are not as good as it’s competitors since the statement credit isn’t a full cent per point.  It is possible to get 1 cent per point through their travel portal though.  Something to consider if you are LOL/24 and want to add another rotating category option.

1. Confirmed! Mlife To Hyatt Status Match Worked One More Time!

Any easy way to snag some Club Lounge Access certificates if you have been playing the status match game.  This offer is still available till the end of the month so don’t wait if you have not done it yet.

Well that does it for January 2019. Let me know in the comments which article you liked best.
