Posts That Caught My Eye
I am mentioned in this article so I will pass it along without commentary, although I did comment on the post if you want to see my thoughts on the portion I am mentioned in.
Another article I am mentioned in and thus another one I won’t comment on other than to say I always work hard to bring readers relevant information and I hope that the Sapphire Reserve information that I covered in great detail was appreciated.
There was a time when I would pursue IHG Best Rate Guarantees on one night stays since the first night is free (thus the whole stay) if you get your claim accepted. In fact, I even got a $300 per night room at the very nice Crowne Plaza Changi that way. With that said, they have come up with so many obscure ways to deny a claim that the time spent finding lower rates is too great in my opinion.
Good news if you wanted to use a Chase card to pay your rent for free with Radpad’s new promotion. I know that many of you are probably more invested in the Ultimate Rewards ecosystem today than you were yesterday, so this could be a big deal.
A good real world example of saving money with these services. If you are renting cars you should be using Autoslash no matter what considering it jut sits there and monitors your reservation for a lower price.
- Earlier today I covered the Ebates Triple Cashback promotion. It is worth a look given that some stores have very good payouts.
- If you tried to play the SPG Instant Win game yesterday and found the site was down, it now seems to be working.
- Through tomorrow Groupon is offering 20% off up to 3 local deals with the code SUMMER20. Use a portal to save even more.
Have a great evening!
