New Round of Citi ThankYou Spending Offers
Citibank regularly sends out targeted spending offers on their cards, especially to those who haven’t used their cards much during the previous period. This week I received an email and a mail offer with a pretty decent spending bonus on my ThankYou Premier card. This offer is targeted, so check your email to see if you qualify.
Details on the Offer
The details for the ThankYou Premier spending offer are as follows:
- Use your card to earn 5 ThankYou Points per $1 spent, up to 2,500 points, through 03/31/2019 on eligible purchases you make at:• Clothing Stores
• Computer & Electronics Stores
• Department Stores
• Toy Stores
This offer starts upon enrollment and will end on 03/31/2019.
If you have a ThankYou card like the Premier or Prestige, this is essentially a 6.25% return on the first $500 in spend for any of the above categories.
Usually when Citi sends out these offers for one card they send them out for others as well. Let me know if you received anything in the comments and I will make a list of all available offers here.
Conclusion
This is a pretty decent spending offer although it is limited in the amount of points you can rack up. It is good to see them trying to entice current card members with some extra bonus points.
