Priority Pass non lounge list – The Free-quent Flyer
An awesome comprehensive list (as far as anyone can tell) of all of the PP lounges that aren’t lounges. These are usually restaurants that give you a dining credit. This is where Priority Pass really shines vs other lounge programs. And they seem to be less likely to try to kick you out in these places.
Star Alliance looks to add budget carriers – Bloomberg
It sounds like they want to add them as secondary partners that are outside the alliance and allow people to book them with miles in areas not already covered. This would add flexibility and lower priced options to the alliance. It would be a good move and something that will make them even more competitive.
Samsung Galaxy S7 class action lawsuit – Top Class Actions
The lawsuit claims that the phones were not really waterproof/resistant like the campaigns said they were. And that Samsung would not replace phones damaged by water even though they were aware of the issue. It sounds like this one may be in the earlier stages but something to keep an eye on if you have had one of the phones listed.
Man Busted with a Meth Lab at the Atlantic City Tropicana – Courier Post
Not something you see everyday. I wonder if he had a bad day at the tables and decided selling meth was his way out? Luckily no one was seriously injured. I am not sure how someone gets that much equipment into a hotel without raising suspicions.
The best places to stay with the Aspire credit – The Lazy Traveler’s Handbook
A good look at the best places to use the $250 portfolio credit that the Aspire card gives if you wanted to use it on room rates. The Aspire is the most valuable premium card on the market. This gives you some good ideas on redemptions if you are thinking of applying.
How to ride the new Avatar ride at Disney without waiting in line – Pizza in Motion
It comes with a price tag but it may be worth it for some. The cost will be to high for most families but I guess it all depends on how much you value your time.
