The booking must take place before June 31, 2019. The terms say limited time offer so I would use it sooner rather than later because they could end it at any time.
Conclusion
Up to 10% off a hotel stay is a pretty good promo. I would imagine you would still earn Expedia rewards as well. Make sure to use a card that earns bonus points on travel bookings like the Chase Sapphire Reserve or Chase Sapphire Preferred. You can go through a shopping portal, like Ebates, to get even more of a discount.

Cheaptickets.com almost always has 13-17% off (currently 15%). You can find the current amount by going to the “DEALS!” tab at the top of the site. Since it’s owned by Expedia, the prices are the same.
