Southwest Extends Schedule

Southwest Extends Schedule Till November 2, 2019

Southwest Airlines has announced its latest schedule extension. It was supposed to happen on March 14th, but then it was postponed to March 18th, as we wrote yesterday. But then it was released on March 15th. Well the important thing is that it happened, and you can now book Southwest flights through November 2, 2019. That means you get about 8 months worth of window to plan!

It’s a good time to look now for future travel as the new extension includes peak dates such as Columbus Day weekend. You can also try to snag some affordable tickets on the recently announced route to Hawaii. You can find tickets for as low as $159 one way. Not as amazing as the $49 promotion when they first launched, but still good for travel to Hawaii.

Conclusion

Check out the extended schedule and start thinking about your next vacation. Since Southwest will refund you the difference if the price drops, it is generally good to get in early for flights during those peak times.

Happy booking!

  1. Good tip! Only downside for me is that Wanna Get Away fares for the route I want to fly are unavailable between today and 7 days from today, and then most of the convenient flights later in the month are already sold out. Probably will work for many folks, but not for me.
