Analysis and What to Know

First off, it is important to know that these cards are sold by Cashstar and thus do not qualify for 5X with a Chase Ink card. They may qualify for 3X with an AT&T Access More, however I have not personally tested that out.

With past deals, the ePromo cards haven’t been as restrictive as the terms (i.e. you could sometimes use more than one and/or use them before the limited dates), but there is no way to know how the terms will be enforced this time. If you do have a need for Staples purchases, this basically amounts to a 16.67% discount. Just make sure to use the promo cards or you will lose out when they expire.

Staples and Cashstar run these promotions a few times a year and I know they are popular with many people who like to utilize Staples’ generous price match policy. I may buy a couple to test out to see if the AT&T Access More earns 3X at Cashstar. It never hurts to know!

  1. I recently purchased a SWA gift card from Staples.com with my AMEX card. Got an email today, informing me it will be roughly two week between when I ordered and expect USPS delivery. Guess it better then the typical 5% discount from GC sites.
