$10 Off Next Purchase When You Buy $100 MasterCard Gift Cards

Stop & Shop and Giant are offering a new deal on Mastercard gift cards that can save you money on groceries. Let’s take a look.

The Offer

$10.00 off Grocery Purchase when you buy $100 or more in Mastercard Gift Cards. Redeem by 09/29/2017.

Key Terms

  • Redeem by 09/29/2017
  • Offer redeemed when you present your Card at checkout
  • Discount will be applied to your grocery order before taxes and after all other coupons and savings are applied.
  • Grocery order calculation excludes gift cards, alcohol, tobacco and any other purchase prohibited by law.
  • Offer can only be redeemed once.
  • Offer not valid at Peapod.com.

Analysis

Load the coupon to your Rewards account before purchasing the gift cards, preferably a few hours before using it. The discount will be applied automatically but you need to have at least $10 in groceries along with your gift card purchase.

Fixed denomination gift cards will trigger the offer, while variable load cards will be more YMMV, although they’ve usually worked in the past.

Don’t forget to use a credit card that gives you the most points at groceries stores such as Blue Cash Preferred, Old Blue Cash.

Conclusion

These coupons are usually limited to one-time use only, but either way it is a good deal and it gives you a few bucks in free groceries plus credit card rewards. It’s worth a visit if you have a location nearby.
