I went online last night in order to check out a couple of places that we might want to see during our short time in Spokane. The one place that seemed to stick out in my research was Riverfront Park. Riverfront Park was built on the site of an old railroad yard in 1974 for the World's Fair Expo. It sits right next to the Spokane Falls, for which the city was originally named. Riverfront Park has several attractions left over from the World's Fair including, a carousel, amusement park rides and an IMAX theater.
I think that most Americans plan to see Yellowstone at some point in their lives. From it’s infamous geysers and hot springs, to it’s beautiful forests and waterfalls, Yellowstone doesn't disappoint. The drive from Cody to the eastern entrance of Yellowstone National Park was about 50 or so miles. On the way, we passed by the Buffalo Bill Dam and couldn’t resist stopping and taking a closer look.
