  1. I did get an actual letter (literally about 4 lines) from AMEX explaining I had a credit coming due to it not having been appropriately credited at some time, no mention of transaction or amount, then I saw a $13.74 credit on one of my cards.

    • They did that to me with bonus points once but didn’t even tell me what the amount of points were…so strange.
