IHG and Mastercard have released the details of a new promotion and giveaway called Priceless Experiences.
The Offer
Register and stay using a Mastercard® at any IHG® hotel from December 1, 2016 – February 15, 2017 and you could win the ultimate Chicago weekend getaway. Plus, stay twice with one stay being 2+ nights to get a Mastercard® Reward Card up to $100, dependent upon which brand you stay at.
How it Works
In order to get the Mastercard you must complete two separate stays during the promotional period. Additionally one of those stays must be for two nights or more. If you do that, you’ll receive a Mastercard gift card valued as follows:
- If at least one stay is at an InterContinental brand hotel, you will receive a $100 Mastercard® Reward Card.
- If at least one stay is at a Crowne Plaza, Hotel Indigo, or Even Hotels brand hotel, you will receive a $75 Mastercard® Reward Card.
- If at least one stay is at a Holiday Inn Express, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Club Vacations, Holiday Inn Resort, Hualaxe, Staybridge Suites, or Candlewood Suites brand hotel, you will receive a $50 Mastercard® Reward Card.
Terms & Registration
- Promotion includes a Sweepstakes and an Offer.
- Must be MasterCard cardholder as of November 15, 2016 and an IHG Rewards Club member.
- No purchase necessary to enter the Sweepstakes.
- Promotion begins 12/1/16 at 12:00 AM ET and ends 2/15/17 at 11:59:59 PM ET.
- Open only to eligible legal 50 U.S./DC residents who are 21 years or older.

Entering the Sweepstakes
In addition to the Mastercard gift cards, IHG is giving away five trips to Chicago along with a number of other prizes. Thankfully you do not need to purchase anything or stay in their hotels to enter the sweepstakes. Here is how to enter:
- To participate without a purchase you must first register for the promotion.
- Then you should visit PricelessExperiencesSweepstakes.prizelogic.com and follow the instructions to enter your IHG Rewards Club member number.
- You also need to confirm that you are a Mastercard cardholder as of November 15, 2016, and watch a short video.
- You will then receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
A qualified Hotel Stay not required to participate in the Sweepstakes via the No-Purchase Method of Entry. Entry Limit: Regardless of the method of entry, limit one (1) Sweepstakes entry per eligible entrant per calendar day during the Promotion Period.
Conclusion
This is a pretty decent offer if you have upcoming travel plans and can get an IHG hotel for a relatively low per night rate. Remember you should be able to stack this with other points promotions to earn even more and don’t forget to enter the sweepstakes whether you actually stay in an IHG hotel or not!
